Patrick was born in St. Louis, Missouri, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism at the University of Missouri and is a proud product of public education. As an Emmy and Edward R. Murrow award-winning broadcast journalist, Patrick spent most of his adult life as a crusader for truth. His career has taken him all over the world, exposing issues important to the public in Iraq, New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. In Arizona, he was the morning anchor at KPHO-CBS5 for 4 years.
As the Marketing and Communications Director for Stand Arizona, he hopes to bring that same passion for social justice, and make a tangible difference in the state for children desperate for a chance to succeed. Their story is worth telling, just as Stand's story is worth telling, and he is excited to spread the word.
As an avid sports and music fan, you are just as likely to see him at Chase Field, attending the Phoenix Symphony, or catching live Jazz anywhere he can find it. Patrick is thrilled to be a part of the Stand team.
