Jeff comes to Stand for Children after discovering his passion for advocacy in the digital space on behalf of students. His background includes directing record-setting grassroots campaigns for Children International, Amnesty International, PLAN USA/International, the British Red Cross, MOPIRG, and Mustaches for Kids-St. Louis. Jeff worked for three years at DonorsChoose.org as a senior member of their Operations team and completed an internship at the Democratic National Committee. Jeff has had a variety of experiences working in the field of politics—most recently he worked on a Congressional race in Northern Virginia and as a consultant for a member in the Maryland House of Delegates.
Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in political science and public law from Webster University in St. Louis and a master's degree in political management with an emphasis in advocacy from the Graduate School of Political Management at The George Washington University.
As regional digital strategist, Jeff helps to build online engagement to support Arizona’s students.
